Results vary by treatment and individual body. Most clients begin to see visible changes after 3–6 sessions. For best results, we recommend a series of 6–12 treatments spaced 3–7 days apart. Ginny will create a personalized plan during your first session.
Not at all. Brazilian lymphatic drainage uses gentle, rhythmic movements that most clients find deeply relaxing. Some mild tenderness can occur if you're recovering from surgery, but Ginny always adjusts pressure to your comfort level.
Yes — lymphatic drainage is in fact recommended after many surgeries (liposuction, tummy tuck, BBL, etc.) to reduce swelling and fibrosis. Please bring your surgeon's clearance note and let us know your procedure date when booking. We typically begin sessions 1–2 weeks post-op.
We ask for at least 24 hours' notice to cancel or reschedule your appointment. Late cancellations or no-shows may forfeit priority rebooking. Please contact us as soon as possible if something comes up.
Wear comfortable, loose-fitting clothing you can easily change out of. We provide draping for all treatments. Stay hydrated before and after your session — drinking water helps flush the lymphatic system and enhances results.
Payment is collected in person on the day of your appointment. We accept cash, Interac, and all major credit cards. No payment is required at the time of booking.
